Shred for Good has changed Denard Peterson Jr’s life for the better, both professionally and personally. Denard was once a shy young man living with Aspergers, but now he is more outgoing and comfortable in the fast-paced warehouse setting. He has even started advising his coworkers/friends when they need his help. Denard has become an integral part of the Shred for Good team as he learns new tasks very quickly. He recently achieved his AA degree and hopes to get his forklift license in the near future. His outstanding work ethic and positive attitude made him a perfect choice for Challenge Enterprises’ 2013 Dr. Paul P. Hagen Leadership Award. Denard embodies the American spirit and lives out the Power of People and Possibilities.
